Director of Growth Marketing

As Director of Growth Marketing at Moveworks, you will set the strategy and execute the marketing tactics that fuel the rapid growth of our business. You will define our approach to lead generation through integrated digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, SEO/SEM, and ABM campaigns. As the leader of the Demand Generation function, you will be equally adept at managing multimillion-dollar budgets, hiring and retaining a world-class team, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and using data to demonstrate performance and ROI.

Above all, your task will be to  build the Demand Generation function from the ground up, reporting to the VP of Marketing. It will require a unique combination of executive leadership and hands-on lead generation skills. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute the global growth marketing strategy
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize all lead generation, nurturing, and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to generate qualified opportunities that convert to revenue
  • Leverage events, webinars, and field marketing to support regional sales teams with locally optimized campaigns.
  • Establish, track, and optimize KPIs and SLAs across channels and take data-driven action to continually optimize performance and ROI
  • Effectively communicate the strategy, goals, performance, and ROI of demand generation activities with the executive team and cross-functional leaders
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor a world-class demand generation team

What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ years’ experience generating demand, building pipeline, and acquiring new logos for B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Extensive experience with marketing tools and systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and LeanData
  • Results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to analyze quantitative data to forecast impact, determine program effectiveness, and measure ROI
  • Detailed budget management, financial analysis, and vendor management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build champions with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teams
