About the role: 

Do you believe everyone deserves access to incredible mental healthcare? Are you a problem-solver, with a knack for driving user growth? Do you love storytelling and connecting with end users?

We’re looking for a leader of our member lifecycle marketing team. In this role, you’ll oversee our member acquisition and lifecycle efforts, our member-facing content, and our member marketing operations. Your team will serve as advocates for the member, always looking for new ways to reduce stigma and increase engagement with our on-demand mental health system.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase Ginger’s reach and awareness among the user population
  • Drive our member acquisition and retention rate; own company-level member value metrics
  • Manage a high-performing team to drive scaled lifecycle marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics for employers, health plans, and partners
  • Produce meaningful member content, as seen in campaigns and on ginger.io/roots
  • Partner with our client success group to demonstrate impact of our solution through case studies, member testimonials, and campaign results

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience scaling end user acquisition, lifecycle management
  • 5+ years managing interdisciplinary marketing teams
  • Desire to do both strategic planning and daily execution/ optimization
  • Outstanding communication and client skills - both written and spoken
  • Experience in marketing analytics, attribution models, and reporting
  • Track record of results driving user acquisition in high-growth companies
  • Experience in healthcare and with health plans a plus
