JustAnswer is looking for a marketing professional who speaks and understands the language of demand generation, who is analytical and curious about building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns and have a passion for constant improvement and adaptation.

Your role will be to lead our overall demand generation infrastructure, to propel further growth of the business. You will be responsible for growing our customer pipeline that drives our overall business growth. The role requires focusing on the entire funnel with a deep understanding of product value and a drive to maximize conversion.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the inbound sales generation pipeline with a focus on conversion optimization and a goal of increasing gross sales.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow of growth marketing programs, building critical relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test ad copy, creative, and landing page designs all to communicate our product positioning; optimize conversion via continuous testing.
  • Optimize the spend across our various channels
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all initiatives.
  • Build out and execute new and existing growth channels, launch organic growth strategies to deliver maximum return against defined objectives and budgets.
  • Develop and deploy advertising experiments and A/B tests.
  • Work collaboratively with product development, analytics and engineering to find new and creative ways to increase success of marketing campaigns.
  • Track funnel-marketing metrics and provide, or make adjustments to, campaign characteristics based on conversion rates.
  • Work with multi-functional teams to make sure our website and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
  • Drive best in class data capture and management to make sure we’re making accurate data-driven decisions.

Please apply if you:

  • Manage ad creatives and create an end-to-end experience tied back to the search term for large-scale SEM campaigns
  • Have experience optimizing conversions at high-traffic sites and the stats (and references) to back it up
  • Are a marketing automation guru who can cite email best practices and statistics
  • Have impeccable writing skills and the creative chops to drive PR strategy
  • Are data-driven and adept at Google Analytics
  • Know your numbers and how to prioritize based on revenue opportunities
  • Have managed and mentored a small team
  • Are a multitasker with an acute attention to detail
  • Love testing your work
