The Role
We are looking for a talented Director of Performance Marketing to lead our performance digital marketing team and strategy. In this role you will optimize our paid strategies and determine team structure.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a large advertising budget while maintaining CAC goals
  • Establish and manage all KPIs, reporting, and budget for paid spend, and work closely with revenue operations to understand (and improve) ROI from various channels and campaigns
  • Ensure best practice set up and ongoing management of paid media campaigns across channels
  • Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant partners (internal and external) through leading development plans, campaign strategy, data strategy, reporting, and always-on performance management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal product & data teams to streamline reporting, campaign operations & data feeds
  • Partner with our broader marketing team to forecast/plan monthly paid media budgets in-line with business objectives and targets
  • Develop channel knowledge, technical knowledge and the skillset of the team
  • Stay on top of industry trends and implement best practices

What You’ll Need

  • B2C marketing experience, ideally in BI or data/analytics
  • Detailed understanding of advertising channels, how to unlock value and drive scale
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a love of data and good at driving cross-platform learnings & efficiencies
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and channel ROI
  • Extensive experience in driving digital campaigns for audience acquisition/retention and pipeline growth
  • In-depth understanding of how to interpret and improve advertising metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, quality score)
  • Leadership: Executive presence to influence and communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Self-starting attitude, great communication skills, and attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors in a related marketing or engineering field, a Master’s is preferred
  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition (experience in healthcare/tech is a plus)
  • 5+ years leading a team and working with external partners
