We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to expand Pathstream’s reach to the millions of Americans without access to effective education and career preparedness for today’s high-demand digital-skills jobs. You will work cross-functionally using data and user research to help drive our go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate with product, sales, and implementation to develop clear positioning and messaging, launch new products and courses, and drive student enrollment growth. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that combines the best of product marketing and digital marketing in one role that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our users and partners.

As an ideal Product Marketing candidate, you can move from strategist to individual contributor with ease. You are someone who knows how to balance data-driven decision making with a consistent creative vision. You aren’t afraid to roll-up your sleeves and own the success of a launch. You are deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, sales, and by driving product and user research to better understand our user’s needs. You have experience partnering with product teams to inform the product roadmap and collaborating with sales teams to ensure full funnel optimization. As the first product marketing hire on our growing marketing team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with the CMO and cross functional team leads to build out a robust product marketing strategy and set a learning agenda for all projects that raise the bar for impact on business and engagement goals. You are passionate about the future of education and excited about the Pathstream mission to reach non-traditional students and give them an educational experience that prepares them for the jobs of tomorrow. This position is based at Pathstream’s headquarters in downtown San Francisco, CA.
