The value of this position:

The Embroker Marketing team is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Director of Product Marketing who has a passion for communicating the value and benefits of digital products to customers whose lives and businesses are improved by them. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment positioned for rapid growth and work with cross-functional teams in the US and Europe. This role will define the Product Marketing function and go-to-market strategies for Embroker’s new and existing products.


What you will own in this role:

  • Drive positioning, messaging, insight development, go-to-market, and adoption efforts for a portfolio of product lines.
  • Partner closely with leadership across product, design, sales, and marketing to drive and influence product pricing, product roadmap development, and the customer experience.
  • Synthesize market, product, and customer insights to influence the roadmap and ensure a consistent, compelling customer experience.


What experience we think is the right fit:

  • 8-12 years of relevant B2B experience in product marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and leading a high-performing product marketing team. 
  • Strategic mindset and ability to frame problems and develop ambitious solutions, while balancing the demands of executing at speed and scale.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
  • Have a data-driven approach with experience setting and hitting high-impact goals 
  • Please provide relevant examples of sample work.
