About the Job:

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of an exciting growth marketing team, taking charge to set goals & drive results from day one. You will be responsible for building effective full-funnel email marketing campaigns from strategy and ideation to execution to spread awareness, drive engagement, and grow our marketing pipeline. You’ll work closely with other channel managers, as well as Sales and Customer Success teams to build comprehensive cross-channel campaigns and deliver a unified message to our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, write, send, and analyze email campaigns through Pardot 
  • Develop, manage, and optimize segmentation strategies for trigger campaigns based on audience analysis behaviors, campaign performance
  • Oversee audience segmentation strategies based on insights collected across all channels (email, social, paid media, and customer data).
  • Develop strategic data-driven testing of customer email programs to maximize campaign performance and isolate campaign driver effectiveness.
  • Continually review existing email nurture campaigns and develop test strategies to optimize their performance.
  • Develop new audience segment insights that will be leveraged for campaign planning and testing.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of segmentation and campaign optimization tactics.
  • Work with various stakeholders in marketing and sales to plan campaigns that meet forecasted targets and KPIs.
  • Work with Demand Generation and other marketing teams to build and execute campaigns that develop leads and grow opportunity pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to build plans and execute effectively
  • Resourceful and scrappy - able to creatively leverage available content and develop tools to get programs launched quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to produce a large volume of email marketing campaigns and creative segmentation strategies
  • Able to draft email copy, messaging, positioning, and core marketing collateral. Can translate brand values into clear value-driven messaging.
  • Hyper-collaborative attitude and team player with a strong ability to influence others across the organization
  • Strong understanding of a B2B funnel; experience working in a Sales-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of email compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) as well as deliverability best practices
  • 5+ years experience in sales and/or marketing roles, focusing heavily on email performance
  • Preferred, but not required: HTML, Pardot, Salesforce experience
