Employer Brand Strategy, Senior Manager
Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model . Team members can work primarily remotely. Teams will meet in person every quarter in one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. To ensure that teams are able to overlap in their working hours and to meet face-to-face when needed, all team members need to live within three time zones of their direct team.
Grammarly team members who will be collaborating at our San Francisco hub must be based in the United States.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Senior Employer Brand Manager to join our Brand team. This role will be responsible for bringing in the insight and innovation needed to develop and execute a long-term, cross-functional, and cohesive employer brand strategy to attract top talent in Grammarly's key global markets. They will leverage talent market insights and internal data to inform the Marketing, Recruiting, Communications, People, and Workplace Experience team strategies to drive preference and retention.

As we work continuously to improve lives by improving communication, your role as Senior Employer Brand manager will play a direct part in elevating Grammarly's reputation as an employer among job seekers. Your role will be critical in achieving our aggressive talent goals as we continue enhancing our product and expanding audiences.
In this role, you will:
- In partnership with the Head of People, define an Employee Value Proposition based on external demands, competition, internal reality, and strategic context.
- Partner with key stakeholders (People, Recruiting, and Leadership) to identify business needs and assess the current status of our global employer brand.
- Participate in goal setting and own mechanisms to keep stakeholders updated on strategies, goals, and progress.
- Understand the current perception of Grammarly among key audiences (critical roles to hire such as engineering, product, and executive function) and build a narrative that delivers key strategic organization and brand objectives.
- Identify talent market insights to inform Recruiting, People, and Marketing on key talent communities (by function, seniority, expertise, representation, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams outside of the US to deliver against global recruiting objectives via strategic planning and campaign activation.
- Identify partners and platforms (vendors, social channels) to help amplify and position our brand among key talent.
- Lead activation planning of employer brand campaigns across channels.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative metrics to monitor, evaluate, and evolve the strategy.

- For Colorado-based employment: The salary range for this position is $96,000 -- $196,000year; however, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
