Field Marketing Specialist - East

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Moveworks, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, assisting with the success of all marketing initiatives and events in North America. Our AI platform is redefining how companies support employees, allowing them to stay productive wherever they’re working and whenever they need help. What you bring to the table:

• Assist the Field Marketing Managers with planning, coordination and execution of events, including but not limited to, invite and landing page creation, registration reporting, limited onsite execution, sales team follow up
• Ongoing project management of the execution of campaigns and programs including timelines, ROI/results, changes/improvements, managing vendors
• Work with the Marketing Operations team on data entry, list management, and reporting
• Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all major events and campaigns are documented and communicated to internal teams
• Track closely against tight deadlines for all events
• The role may require domestic travel (when travel is permitted)

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2+ years’ marketing-related experience
• Organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Exceptional prioritization, working with several different team members and juggling multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Virtual event platform experience a plus 
• Above all, insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset
