The Role
While Afterpay enjoys a healthy trend of organic growth, we use paid channels to boost our growth and communicate the values of BNPL and financial planning to potential customers. We are looking for a world-class search expert who will help us build a global growth machine to maximize the impact of every dollar spent. You will shape the future of Afterpay’s paid search strategy, building and leading a team of the industry’s top media buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Set up a global strategy for how to make the most out of the company’s paid search investment
Bring world-class expertise in running paid search
Develop and manage a global creative strategy
Lead spend for co-marketing across paid Search
Develop and implement a strategy for measurement, including attribution and experimentation, to establish incrementally
Identify and implement marketing tech solutions to make the team more efficient
Formalize a process for the cross-functional team to generate, prioritize, and execute experiment ideas
Identify new performance marketing channels
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to set up an optimal technology solution for running paid media campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of performance marketing experience
Proven experience in strategizing paid search, impacting the growth trajectory of a business, at scale
Deep analytical rigor
Mar-tech tooling expertise
Global media buying experience
