Global Services Product Marketing Manager
Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Global Services Product Marketing Manager for our Global Services Team responsible for Professional Services, Premier Support, Event Services and Managed Services.. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our services, support, sales enablement, and marketing teams to help drive growth and adoption for Zoom services.
You’ll drive GTM for new product launches, create and update website content, and coordinate internal and external communications driving marketing content development.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with service team leaders, pricing, finance, and sales in developing packages for different segments and use cases.
Work with various teams to plan, develop and execute GTM programs to drive the awareness and adoption of Zoom services to our large customer base.
Produce messaging and positioning for all Global Services and how it effectively fits into the Zoom ecosystem and within the competitive landscape.
Quarterback cross-functional teams to launch pricing/service packages.
Develop tools and resources to use in customer-facing activities, such as presentations and workshop delivery materials.
Develop marketing content for blog posts, webinars, events, and other marketing activities that promote Zoom services and thought leadership
Build and drive approvals for content, including datasheets, blogs, web pages, and presentations.
Develop talking points for press engagements, and act as an expert subject matter expert on Zoom Professional Services and other services for press, external events, etc.
Create and coordinate marketing activities with attribution methods with our integrated marketing team.
Work with sales and channel teams on enablement programs.
Be the expert on how Zoom Services solutions co-exist with the entirety of the Zoom communication/collaboration solutions.
Be the primary voice and point of contact for all GTM needs that arise for service products.
Requirements
BA/BS degree
5+ years working in marketing for a high tech or company, preferably in a professional services organization or unified communications.
Depth of understanding of both telephony deployment and room system deployment services, how they are scoped, scaled and delivered.
Have a strong understanding of the customer needs and end-user use cases for both phone and meeting room.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate service offerings into business benefits
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to present at external industry events and webinars.
Experience in launching new services or solutions is a plus
