Growth Analyst
Ridecell is the leading company for powering companies transition into the sharing economy. Ridecell makes a software-as-a-service platform that powers the next generation of ridesharing, carsharing and autonomous new mobility services. As the world shifts to a mobility on-demand model and new companies rush to enter as service providers, Ridecell is supporting these initiatives. Already 20 customers, including Renault, Penske, Karma Automotive and AAA use our proven platform to launch, operate, and scale their new mobility services.
We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Analyst to harness the power of a full suite of demand generation tools to help identify emerging markets, regions and accounts looking for shared mobility solutions. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the demand generation programs and will become one of the company experts in our acquisition channels, funnel, and customer lifecycle stages. A successful candidate will possess excellent analytic and communication skills and will have the desire to learn in a high energy/fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with tools from Salesforce and other marketing insight tools to understand the state of activity in the shared mobility industry
- Research accounts, identify key players and reach out to key account important decision makers
- Investigate inbound MQLs and follow-up with outbound calls or emails
- Build, maintain and expand target account database and report on campaign efficiency to efficiently build/accelerate pipeline
- Maintain CRM information on leads and prospects
- Execute targeted demand generation campaigns
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics
- Provide data analysis for executive presentations, meetings and QBRs
Requirements
- Minimal bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-4 years experiences with related marketing / sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation software like Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Work experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) markets strongly recommended
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
