As a member of Vungle’s Global Growth team, you will work with both commercial and technical teams across the company to improve Vungle’s products, enhance our commercial framework and drive revenue. The Growth Lead role will focus heavily on supply-side initiatives and closely collaborate with various revenue teams across the company (demand, operations, creative) to drive impact and improvement to Vungle’s overall business initiatives. This role will be a key stakeholder in the design, rollout and adoption of new processes and products in addition to enhancing existing ones. The ideal candidate will need to apply a blend of strategy, project management, product collaboration and analytics. The Growth Lead will act as the “glue” for major initiatives that have senior stakeholders across the company. This role will be based in San Francisco and report to the Global Head of Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global product and process rollouts from ideation to GTM strategy  
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the intersection of supply, demand, optimization and product to drive complex projects related to mediation, SDK adoption and yield management.
  • Partner with product, sales and engineering to increase the industry footprint of the Vungle SDK 
  • Own and improve our relationship with industry mediation partners and ensure that our technology roadmaps are aligned, and that Vungle is most effectively interacting with mediation platform and other supply-side technologies
  • Collect and share customer and industry insights with revenue leadership with recommendations on company strategy
  • Hold sales teams accountable and ensure a wide range of projects are moving forward as planned
  • Act as a go-to leadership resource for global commercial initiatives and project management
  • Leverage customer and industry knowledge to help optimize Vungle’s tech stack, seeking opportunities across Supply, Analytics, Demand and Creative in multiple regions

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in a product, strategic sales and/or analytical role within a mobile-focused tech company or in a strategic consulting environment
  • BS/BA required—business and/or analytical degree preferred
  • In-depth understanding of advertising technology, mobile monetization strategies, performance marketing and the mobile app ecosystem at large. Supply-side experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial GTM strategies and driving strategic projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent partnership and diplomatic skills to lead and drive a wide range of cross-company initiatives
  • Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture. Direct experience holding sales teams accountable to their goals
  • Analytical skills - you know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results
  • Exceptional communicator - you are capable of owning global communication around complex projects and aligning different teams and functions 
  • Independent and proactive - you are a self starter and expected to identify opportunities, execute on a wide range of tasks operate in the unknown
  • Ability to go high and low, from C-level presentations to hands-on, data deep-dives with analysts
