As a member of our expanding Growth team, you’ll play a central role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base knows about and signs up for Hinge Health. You’ll help us optimize our existing B2C growth channels, such as email and direct mail, as well as help us find scrappy and creative ways to spread the word about Hinge Health, such as referral programs and content marketing. With truly moving testimonials pouring in by the day, our users themselves will play a huge role in your success.


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Boost conversion within our B2C marketing funnel, from initial user outreach to successful registration
  • Optimize email, social media, direct mail, and landing page content by setting up tests in platforms such as Mailchimp and Facebook, and then analyzing and reporting out results 
  • Own the process of iterating on experiments and taking them to the finish line, including generating new content, working with Design and Engineering to execute tests, monitoring results, and working across teams to implement learnings 
  • Find gaps and opportunities in our marketing funnel in addition to optimizing our main channels
  • Expand our reach by bringing a problem-focused mindset to converting users, and then executing creative solutions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Around 4 years of experience on a cross-functional B2C or B2B2C marketing team
  • Around 2 years of experience in content and/or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing and analyzing results of marketing experiments
  • Passion for our mission, with a personal connection to MSK issues or a track-record of mission-driven work

BONUS POINTS

  • Degree in behavioral psychology or related field
  • Basic competence with SQL and analyzing experiment results, user behavior 
  • Experience running direct mail campaigns
  • Experience creating communities/groups within a user base
  • Experience in employee benefits, wellness, or fitness spaces
  • Experience with referral programs 
  • Healthcare experience, especially as it relates to HIPAA constraints
