The value of this position
The Growth team at Embroker drives demand and top-line growth for the company in collaboration with product and sales. This is a collaborative role focused on creating and delivering communications and experiences that educate, inspire, and delight customers at critical moments in their customer journey with Embroker’s products. Embroker's Growth Marketer function is a uniquely creative, self-directed, and entrepreneurial role. Growth Marketers are an essential component of Embrokers top of funnel customer acquisition strategy. Embroker is not a call center environment where you anonymously plod along making calls; it is a high-growth start-up where every member on the team plays a vital role. Each Growth Marketer owns an industry 'vertical' and collaborates with the growth team to create warm outbound leads via cold email and calls. They monitor inbound registrations and proactively reach out to create opportunities, monitor and respond to inbound chat for new prospects. Also, they review metrics indicating buyer intent, prioritize personalized outreach, and generate new business opportunities while providing feedback to the marketing team. Our Growth Marketers are a key ambassador component to the Embroker customer experience and must be based in North America.
What you will own in this role
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to strategize on how to make the biggest impact on the top of the funnel pipeline.
- Contribute to process improvements and leverage data to prioritize outreach.
- Help refine the marketing and sales messaging by listening to common prospect questions and testing new approaches.
- Engage with a balance of warm and cold prospects (email, phone) and quickly adapt to the prospects’ understanding of insurance and Embroker’s value proposition.
- Engage with business executives to encourage them to meet with an Embroker Advisor or complete an application for insurance; as such, they serve as the liaison between the business executive and the Embroker Advisor.
