The Growth Marketing team at Plaid is looking for an Analyst to help us to acquire more customers and increase engagement with Plaid’s products. You will leverage SQL query writing, data analysis, and data synthesis to report what’s happening, why it’s happening, and most importantly to drive results. You'll collaborate closely with other teams to put insights into action including product, business operations and more.

What excites you

  • Deliver marketing performance analyses and program recommendations
  • Develop attribution, incrementally, and response models to illuminate the impact of our marketing efforts and help to forecast future investments
  • Partner with Lifecycle marketing team to build our scaled customer communications and engagement strategies
  • Design and launch experiments, determine campaign targeting strategies, and develop category-specific KPIs, forecasts, and goals
  • Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns and activities

What excites us

  • An aptitude for rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business and marketing intuition, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate complex data and concepts in ways that will resonate with Go to Market teams and the wider organization
  • Expert in quantitative analysis and logical reasoning using database languages (SQL) and visualization tools (Periscope, etc) on large data sets to extract trends and insights
  • Hands-on experience conducting customer segmentation, cohort performance, and product funnel analyses preferred.
