The Opportunity
As Afterpay’s Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social - Brand, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of high impact, upper funnel paid social campaigns. Working cross-functionally with both internal and external partners, you will be a key contributor in scaling our global paid social program.

Own upper funnel campaign strategy and implementation
Monitor, analyze and optimize performance towards campaign specific KPIs
Provide deep learnings and insights
Build out streamlined, sophisticated processes and lean in to automation
Contribute to the creative process, including providing industry best practices and a creative feedback loop
Work cross-functionally with in-house and agency creative teams, media planning, analytics, data science, & product to ensure campaigns are executed to success
Who are you? (Qualifications)
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
5-7 years experience with paid social brand campaign management
Experience planning/buying across multiple social platforms, such as Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter
Strong analytical skills
Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including incrementality & brand lift
Detail & process oriented
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Experience with Smartly.io a plus
Experience with ecommerce a plus
