About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Paid Growth, you will build out an entirely new function on our paid acquisition team. In this role you will own landing optimization and App Store Optimization (ASO), crucial components to Chime’s success. You will create and implement strategy focused on testing to optimize various touch points in the consumer funnel. Chime’s high volume marketing team is guided by a data-driven approach and experimentation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to interpret the way our audience interacts with our content and implement changes found in your learnings. The impact of your work will not only create wider awareness of Chime, it will directly result in Americans taking control of their own money and saving billions of dollars annually.
Responsibilities
- Build, strategize, and own the comprehensive testing plan for landing pages, ASO, and ad hoc initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Creative, User Research, Legal, and the Marketing team to brainstorm and deploy compliant tests to draw meaningful insights on consumer behavior and translate these insights into successful marketing campaigns
- Take an analytical approach to campaign strategy by identifying the most impactful outcomes in order to exceed our KPIs
- Keep Chime’s mission and member’s needs top of mind as you strategize and curate content
Requirements
- Analytical grounding (including Excel and data analysis skills, Looker experience a plus) and thought process in order to both prioritize opportunities and evaluate the performance of tests
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and quickly with both non-technical and technical internal & external teams
- Optimizely experience or other A/B testing measurement platform experience
- Risk taker - While A/B iterations are necessary, we also like to think big
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships working with designers, product managers, compliance, etc.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels along with their relevant KPIs such as CTR, CVR, and CPA
- 6+ years of relevant experience
