Head of Content Marketing, Work Management
Working at Atlassian
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it's necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Work Management is one of three market focal points for Atlassian, alongside DevOps and IT Service Management. We are looking for a visionary content marketing leader to impact our category presence, customer acquisition, and integrated efforts spanning multiple go-to-market teams. You will own content strategy and execution across the work management market, and shape the portfolio of investments to drive Atlassian's next chapter of growth. The product suite for Work Management includes Trello, Confluence, Atlas, and Jira Work Management.
As the Head of Content Marketing for Work Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our market goals and objectives. This includes establishing a predictable, efficient, and scalable model for organic and paid customer acquisition as Atlassian goes wall-to-wall with its solution across business teams. Additionally, the future of work presents a tremendous opportunity in developing a market-leading perspective to help guide the evolution of global teams. You'll be a leading force in developing thought leadership to make this happen.
You will join Atlassian's Work Management marketing leadership team, and collaborate closely with teams across product, marketing, and sales. As a part of the leadership team, you'll bring big, bold, and different ideas to the table. You'll be passionate about building the scope and impact of content marketing. And you're just as interested in growing and investing in the careers of others as you are your own.
