We are looking for a full-time Head of Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Mountain View, CA.

 The Head of Digital Marketing is a critical leadership role on the Redis Labs marketing team, responsible for the strategy, execution, and outcomes of integrated paid digital programs across the buyer’s journey, to drive awareness, new business, expansion, and usage growth across all business segments. 

This person will drive our global online customer acquisition efforts by managing our digital strategy; launching and managing campaigns; optimizing our web assets; and using analytics to measure, refine and optimize our performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own digital strategy and manage all digital channels to drive acquisition, conversion, and awareness. 
  • Identify and outline the digital customer journey from awareness to justification for a new customer of Redis Labs.
  • Build and deliver multi-channel integrated digital campaigns (paid social, display, search) to reach our target audiences and drive business results.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget including monthly forecasting in order to ensure every dollar is being used to maximum efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Leverage data and rigorous tests to drive and optimize results, build initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Present to the senior leadership team on key trends we’re seeing across all business units and the effect digital marketing is having on the outcomes of the business.
  • Align with the Director of Demand Generation to ensure the execution of the digital components of the Integrated Campaigns plan.
  • Build a staffing plan for the digital marketing team that scales for future growth of the business


  • 8+ years experience in performance/digital marketing building and scaling paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment; Database or NoSQL Database knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including display, paid social, video, etc to drive awareness, new logos, expansion and usage via various paid media channels and integrated programs .
  • Deep understanding of SEM/SEO; Google Adwords certified or 5+ years of Google Adwords
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts with and managing vendors
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis to measure and report on program and channel performance
  • Seasoned people leader who has driven strong team alignment and culture, has functioned as a player-coach, and has a track record of hiring and managing an exceptional team
  • BS degree required, Masters degree preferred

Our office is located in a suburban neighborhood, but Downtown Mountain View and plenty of great eats are a five-minute drive away!
