The Role

As Head of Enterprise Marketing you will take the lead on the company’s entire enterprise marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll analyze the total addressable market for Nylas product offerings in key markets and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition and adoption. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and scale and Enterprise Marketing team.
• Lead and execute the company’s enterprise marketing strategy.
• Manage internal and external resources and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ensure alignment with sales and marketing leadership on priorities and areas of opportunity within key accounts and prioritized industry verticals.
• Analyze and improve ROI to achieve efficient sustainable growth.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience. 
• Experience building & scaling marketing programs.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing teams.
• Experience in working with enterprise customers to understand their needs and pains and translate them into valuable marketing and sales resources.
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
