All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.
Job description
Atlassian is looking for a Head of Product Marketing that will drive the next era of growth for our combined enterprise businesses, the Atlassian platform, as well as our shift-to-cloud migrations initiatives. In this role, you’ll go from strategy to action and have a major impact on Atlassian’s ambitions by leading three high-performing teams that drive cross-functional go-to-market campaigns globally.
Do you get excited to strategize around why, when, and how each channel should be used? Does collaborating with Sales and Channel teams to scale enablement and playbooks energize you? If yes, and you love mentoring awesome leaders, apply and join a team that’s helping shape the future of Atlassian!
In this role, you'll get to:
- Lead and grow three teams that map directly to the top-level company objectives and priorities.
- Drive enterprise growth across our two core products - Jira and Confluence based on a deep understanding of customer segmentation, product roadmaps, market trends, and competitive forces.
- Strategically position our cloud platform for wall-to-wall adoption across all our customers; craft a global narrative that articulates a stronger and better together platform story.
- Accelerate our shift-to-cloud migration GTM motion across all segments, driving an order of magnitude change in our growth curve.
- Architect major product launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Sales) that are iterative and measurable.
- Partner closely with Product Development to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing customer input, market trends, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap.
- 10+ years of product marketing and/or product experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Independent leader who loves mentoring and growing high-velocity teams.
- Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listener who solicits feedback and applies insights quickly.
- A positive optimistic leadership style that builds cross-functional bridges with a vocal and collaborative demeanor.
