About the Team
We are building a new Uber Ads division to accelerate the next phase of our global advertising business. Our vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Ads platform will enable brands to reach, engage and convert our highly engaged user base.
About the Role
As the Head of US&C Enterprise Sales, Uber Ads, you will build an elite sales and account management organization responsible for crafting mutually helpful ads partnerships with our Enterprise Restaurant partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an Ads sales strategy that delivers on our customers' marketing objectives and exceeds Uber Ads' revenue targets across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms. You will partner closely with our US&C Enterprise Partnerships leaders to ensure you are collectively delivering on our partners and Uber's goals. You will report to the Global Head of Ad Sales and Account Management.
What You'll Do
• Build and lead an extraordinary sales and account management organization responsible for delivering on our Enterprise Restaurant partners' marketing objectives and exceeding Uber Ads' revenue targets across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms.• Develop and execute our US&C Enterprise Ad Sales strategy• Partner with regional and local leadership to align on sales structure, revenue targets and KPIs• Work with Product Marketing and PR to develop a US&C Uber Ads marketing and comms plan inclusive of scalable sales collateral, B2B marketing and PR plan• Collaborate with Ads Platforms, Product Eng and Product Ops teams to inform ads surfaces/inventory, formats, targeting and pricing needed to enable advertisers to engage audiences across advertiser goals of awareness, trial and conversion.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in consulting, strategy, sales, account management or operations• Minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership and managing a team• Proven experience in digital advertising sales or advertising technology
Preferred Qualifications
• Be customer driven (users and merchants) and be passionate about building phenomenal experiences for Uber users all over the world.• Passionate about building new businesses and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.• Experience building and leading CPG Ad Sales businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics.• Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and collaborators in the company• Outstanding interpersonal skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for learning.• M.B.A. or equivalent leadership experience
