We’re looking for a passionate, creative, data-minded Head of Global Marketing Campaigns to drive high-impact brand awareness and demand generation campaigns. This leader will architect overall brand and demand campaigns for global markets, coordinating all marketing functions for successful integration, implementation, optimization, measurement and reporting. This role sits at the center of Productboard’s voice to our global markets and requires confident orchestration of all marketing tactics to varied audiences, personas, regions, markets and industries. The successful candidate for this role will understand clearly how brand generates demand, be laser-focused on results, never satisfied with good enough and always looking for ways to improve and optimize programs, processes and impact for sales.


Responsibilities include:

  • Align and collaborate with sales and marketing leadership in defining global campaign themes, objectives, goals, KPI’s, tactics & audiences for Brand Awareness and Demand Generation campaigns
  • Strategic coordination of integrated campaign tactics through cross-functional global marketing teams
  • Develop, publish and be accountable to goals and KPI’s for campaign and campaign elements
  • Develop bold and compelling campaign messaging and flow through to team for consistency across tactics
  • Map out campaign tactics for awareness, demand, acceleration, loyalty and enablement programs based on campaign goals
  • Develop programs targeting key personas and all stages of the buyer journey from awareness through to purchase & loyalty
  • Orchestrate deep audience segmentation for tactics including but not limited to: installed base, regional, partners, persona-based, pipeline-stage based, buyer-behavior-based, buyer-journey-stage based and whatever other targeted segmentations for which your brilliant mind sees a hook
  • Determine communication/collaboration strategy for alignment with global team members
  • Partner with sales and marketing counterparts to identify, implement and test tactics in various global regions
  • Lean heavily on data to inform decisions about campaign effectiveness, for different personas, regions, buyer journey stages, etc.
  • Leverage analytics and real-time reporting for optimization of in-process campaigns
  • Map buyer journey by persona to build relevant content; leverage buyer intent technologies to ensure promotion at the correct stage of the journey
  • Collaborate with internal and external writers and designers to provide direction and requirements for program assets, including white-papers, infographics, videos, and other campaign materials
  • Work with marketing operations team to plan, coordinate and track all outbound activities through the Marketo marketing automation platform
  • Monitor and analyze lead behavior to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, their buyers journey and continually refine the process to convert customers
  • Actively communicate program plans, activities and results to cross-functional teams


What we want from you:

  • 7-10 years’ of experience running marketing campaigns for a global B2B SaaS technology company
  • Proven experience in orchestrating large global campaigns
  • Experience in global markets
  • Strong project management and organization skills, extremely detail oriented
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign strategy, objectives, tactics, audience segmentation, and effective collaboration with team members
  • Confident, well-spoken and effective communicator
  • An interest, understanding, and empathetic ear for product managers, product makers and the process of creating exceptional products.
  • Direct experience creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including the integration of online, offline, influencer, partner and direct mail components
  • Proficient in testing and leveraging data for driving informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, and basic knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation software
  • Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
