To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics to stand up the Marketing Analytics function at Grammarly. The role will set the vision, develop strategy, and grow the team to interpret and translate data into actionable insights that inform growth and efficiency strategies across Grammarly’s Marketing organization. The Head of Marketing Analytics will manage and understand marketing data to provide ongoing forecasting and optimization analysis to key stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Content Marketing, and Acquisition teams.
Your impact
- Set the vision, strategy, and hiring roadmap for the Marketing Analytics team.
- Drive analysis informing segmentation and targeting recommendations across all marketing channels.
- Provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of impactful marketing experiments and channel tests.
- Partner with data scientists on optimizing consumer and business targeting, awareness, conversion, and retention campaigns, as well as pricing experimentation.
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple advertising platform partners and analytics tools.
- Develop and manage a multi-touch attribution model across all touchpoints and channels.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive forecasting tool to inform planning, budget allocation, and marketing channel efficiency recommendations.
- Assist channel managers in setting channel goals around new user acquisition, LTV, revenue, and efficiency (e.g., payback period, CAC/LTV).
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a way that is clear and actionable for employees at all levels.
