Role Overview 

Lattice is looking for an experienced VP of Product Marketing to own product and solutions marketing globally with an emphasis on strategy, positioning, messaging and go-to-market effectiveness.  Reporting to the CMO, David Cain, the role will be based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies and demonstrate readiness for the next level.

This leadership role is highly cross-functional, partnering with leaders across all functions to establish our position in the market, and drive awareness and demand for our industry-leading offerings. The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with a demonstrated history of working successfully across all levels of an organization. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage a growing team of Product & Segment Marketing Managers 
• Lead overall product and solutions messaging and positioning, product launches and customer insights
• Develop product and customer value messaging to establish our leadership among our target markets, influencers, investors and media
• Evangelize Lattice in the market
• Engage industry analysts to position Lattice effectively in 3rd party research, analyst recommendations, category and product reports
• Develop product/messaging focused training for customer-facing teams to a focus on maximizing conversion and improving sales cycles
• Support PR and awareness initiatives with content, materials, and speaking if needed
• Support international expansion with a focus on EMEA and APAC
