About the Job

Productiv is looking for a Head of Product Marketing who’s eager to build out a product marketing function. You will report directly into the Head of Marketing.  

This is one of those rare positions where you'll get to be strategic in shaping our product marketing strategy, while still rolling your sleeves up and getting to do the high-impact work of creating sales collateral, working on competitive analysis, and launching products.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build the company-level narrative and messaging as well as develop feature and product level messaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a fantastic experience as people journey from Lead to Prospect, and from Customer to Advocate.
  • Work closely with Demand Gen to accelerate customer targeting and acquisition
  • Be integral in establishing a thought leadership point of view and company brand
  • Build and hire for a world-class PMM function

Required Skills and Experience

You have:

  • Strong experience in product marketing for B2B technology sales (7+ Years)
  • Proven results driving messaging that accelerates the customer journey
  • Strong experience partnering and enabling sales teams 
  • A bias of quick and decisive action
  • A proven data-driven approach to iterating on content and enablement materials
  • Growth mindset, thriving on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, startup environment
