Bugcrowd is looking for a Head/VP of Worldwide Marketing to tell our story to the world. Our goal is to define the market as crowdsourced security fundamentally shifts the way information security is done. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for shaping the marketing program and leading a team that includes demand generation, corporate communications, PR/AR, product marketing, design, brand, and events marketing. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure that our messaging is clean, effective, engaging, and creative.

About you

The ideal candidate is a brand-builder with demonstrated lead generation capabilities with a track record of delivering outstanding and measurable results for companies in B2B environments. Scaling the go-to-market motion and driving velocity/repeatability by utilizing modern marketing tech and deep analytics is a must.

 Responsibilities:

• Drive and support the company's strategic GTM, working closely with the executive team
• Scale demand generation to directly support sales opportunity creation to meet revenue goals
• Manage and direct all relevant channels for communication and customer engagement
• Own company brand and corporate messaging to ensure consistency and evolution as this market evolves
• Manage and collaborate with sales leadership on combined sales & marketing funnel
• Enable sales to close an every increasing % of opportunities through enablement and sales tools
• Increase awareness of Bugcrowd's value proposition and customer value with security decision-makers

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of driving results through managing marketing teams
• Experience in the full range of marketing mix
• Deep experience in security industry marketing
• Strong analytical skills to show marketing ROI and proven use of data to drive decision making
