Integrated Acquisition Manager
Role Summary
This role is crucial to Sensor Tower’s growth and will be a key contributor to key initiatives. You’ll be working closely in a cross-functional role with Sales and Marketing to identify, target, engage, and convert prospects. You’ll have at your disposal a never ending stream of content and will be in a dynamic industry that relies on your ability to be nimble, savvy, and strategic. You’ll work in multiple geographies, multiple channels, and multiple segments so you’ll need to be analytical, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in planning and executing acquisition strategies that integrate multiple channels including digital, social, email, and field events.
- Own segmentation for target market and use a variety of tactics including content and timing to attract, engage and convert leads
- Have a growth mindset with focus on continuously improving lead capture and conversion rates in every channel and stage of the funnel
- Report on KPIs including test results, budget performance, and campaign success
- Apply learnings from campaign to provide further improvements in content, UX/web/SEO, and experiment with new approaches to grow lead generation
- Develop lead and account scoring process to identify key targets as well as develop tactics to increase lead/account scoring
- Work across regions (and cross-functionally) to support pipeline generation efforts in multiple geographies and verticals
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8 years of relevant campaign management experience
- Flawless writing and campaign plan design skills
- Ability to develop and oversee a dynamic, fast-moving campaign and provide mentorship and motivation to an awesome, talented, hard-working team
- Significant experience with digital (SEM, SEO, Display, Email) specifically in management and execution of advertising platforms and conversion rate optimization
- Strong experience using search, display and social advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Background in analyzing, presenting and building reports from ad platforms and translating them into spreadsheets and presentation decks, and synthesizing metrics into tactical recommendations
- Proven track record of improving digital conversion rates through testing and campaign analytics feedback
- Experience leveraging marketing technology (marketing automation, A/B testing, sales enablement, lead scoring, analytics)
- Willing to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude and strong attention to detail
