Wish is looking for a digital marketer with a unique background in customer lifecycle to join our Wish X team. In this role, As our Lifecycle Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in customer experience. You will manage all Email/SMS communication from end to end and be the power user of our email marketing tool, using owned communication channels to drive repeat purchases. In addition, you’ll track, measure, and analyze all workflows and report on all campaign results.

We’re looking for a growth marketer who is passionate about understanding their audience and the conversion process and is excited to test new concepts and designs.
What you'll be doing:
Work alongside the WishX growth team in order to drive higher GMV with a focus on repeat purchases and managing retention.
Collaborate with CRO in order to build a robust email list while also enhancing on-site conversion rate.
Work closely with the CS team to provide communication support and automation around order fulfillment and tracking.
Build and manage a complete marketing campaign calendar, including product/category features, flash sales, and any other campaign opportunities you can dream of.
Own and manage the completion of Email/SMS campaigns including design, copywriting, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
Maintain our client/user understanding within the growth team, taking lead on reporting out our client demographics and helping to identify customer segments to target.
2-4 years experience creating digital marketing campaigns
Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, SMS, and Klaviyo preferred
Strong quantitative analysis skills, detail oriented and data driven approach to problem solving
Not afraid to roll up sleeves to work hands on to achieve business goals
Passionate can-do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn and improve. Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
