About the Team: 

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth team. Candidates should be experienced, willing to collaborate, adapt and learn. We’re a new team and growing rapidly. This is a great opportunity to get involved with more entrepreneurial professionals who are disrupting the traditional finance industry. Understanding user and stakeholder needs, as well as ingenuity and creativity are vital as we’re driving improvements to our products, user experiences and engagement.

About the Opportunity: 

• Develop and manage lifecycle, promotional & product campaigns across multiple growth channels (email, sms, push, in-app notifications)
• Manage execution of data-driven campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
• Manage targeting and segmentation for each campaign
• Liaise with various stakeholders across other business functions (product, growth, community, design, copywriters)
• Liaise with management in developing a monthly campaign calendar
• Submit promotional payment requests in our finance management system

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We Look For In You:

• 2+ years of marketing experience executing and managing global campaigns, ideally in the fintech space.
• Advanced project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with different stakeholders from multiple verticals.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience creating personalized customer lifecycle journeys.
• Experience with QA processes and scaling best practices.
• Flexible daily/weekly schedule.

Nice to Haves:

• Crypto experience or a willingness to learn
• HTML/MJML experience or a willingness to learn
• Appetite to expand growth skills in SEO and growth
