Senior Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager with multi-dimensional talents who can improve our everyday operations and ensure that our processes, infrastructure, and strategies scale.
Your impact
The Senior Operations Manager will join Grammarly’s Lifecycle team, whose goal is to ensure that registered users are extracting maximum value from our products. We do so by delivering messaging that is always on-brand, useful, and highly targeted in order to build and retain trust with our customers. We also send ad hoc campaigns such as surveys, product updates, and performance recaps to advance learnings, company-wide business results, and public perception of our product.
The person in this role will be hands-on with all of our tools and will be a strategic partner in scrutinizing how we run high-tempo testing, analyze results, and create effective multichannel journeys. They will need to create meaningful partnerships with data science and product, as well as other key marketing teams, to ensure we are operating at our best.
- In the first few weeks, you’ll become deeply familiar with Grammarly’s products, brand, and our existing email flows, processes, and tools (we use Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- By month three, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, weekly traffic meetings, and reporting standards.
- By month six, you will have become a power user of our marketing toolset as well as our internal analytics platform, and you will have helped us run high-tempo experiments at scale.
- By year one, you will have helped our team execute on dozens of projects with tactics that span multiple channels (email as well as in-product and push messaging).
- Beyond year one: Congrats! You've increased our team’s efficiency manifold and automated many new processes. Next, you’ll begin to tackle more complex multi-quarter and cross-functional initiatives.
