Quantcast is hiring a Account Development Manager to join our North American commercial team in our San Francisco office. We are seeking a growth-minded leader focused on building a career and contributing to significant commercial impact!

In this role, you will direct and help to build a brand-new team of outbound sales reps tasked with generating meetings and pipeline for Quantcast Advertise. The role offers numerous avenues of support and opportunities for co-working across functions. Throughout our commercial org, we courage a high degree of partnership and shared learning to help promote a positive culture and strong revenue results!


Responsibilities:

  • You will empower and drive a group of sales professionals to high activity targets crafted to positively impact new business pipeline in a growing business
  • This role will identify & evaluate team performance metrics, deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to promote individual contributor development
  • You will collaborate on impactful projects across the org led by passionate fellow leaders. This includes close partnership with our hard-working demand generation team to generate and qualify lead flow
  • This position will assist in building a critical new job function for Quantcast. This role affords the outstanding opportunity to strongly innovate and influence processes across Quantcast!

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in digital ad sales with a minimum of 2 year leading a BDR or SDR team
  • Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to direct a team in multiple offices
  • Understanding of Martech software, lead qualification, and demand generation principles. Prior experience partnering with marketing teams and other leaders to promote successful and timely project delivery
