Rally Health is looking for a Manager of Customer & Demand Marketing to manage B2B marketing campaigns and programs. Your goal is to promote demand for Rally solutions by positioning us as an expert on essential industry topics, generating new leads and nurturing lead conversions through the sales pipeline. You are focused on understanding the needs and interests of our main markets, to develop relevant campaign content, offers and thought leadership perspectives. Additionally, you will manage the B2B marketing database, a foundational element of this work. As part of the Customer and Demand Marketing Team, you will report to the Sr Manager, Customer and Demand Marketing.

You Will:

  • Manage our B2B newsletter program, including driving the creation of content for monthly issues and promoting awareness among internal, external and partner audiences to increase subscribers
  • Manage Rally’s Testimonial Program, partnering with the customer experience team to source member and customer quotes, and developing a strategy to use them in a way that enhances Rally’s value story
  • Manage Rally’s B2B marketing database, including compiling existing contacts from all demand sources, conducting research to segment members, working with the Salesforce team to build within the CRM, and establishing a process for updating.
  • Support content development and reporting for paid and organic demand generation campaigns, including webinars, social, trade publications and email.
  • Partner with product, data, sales/account management and other teams to identify high-value stories to highlight on the Rally blog, and create in partnership with the Editorial team.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Think creatively, to identify interesting thought leadership perspectives and storylines
  • Partner cross-functionally, including with sales/account management, customer experience, data and product teams, among others
  • Identify new opportunities for demand generation 
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely for B2B audiences
  • Experience managing webinars, including promotion, logistics, reporting and follow up
  • Experience creating marketing databases
  • Research skills: identify and source accurate data from all sources
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in the Employer Benefits, Health Plan, or other related Health Care field preferred.
  • 20% travel required
