This position is located in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Head of Marketing.

What You'll do

• Analyze and report on marketing channel and campaign effectiveness across a range of channels: email, SEO, referrals, social, and paid advertising
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze, measure and optimize customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement strategies
• Approach analyses with a structured plan before starting the heavy lifting
• Influence decisions and marketing strategies through fact-based insights
• Evaluate and optimize our reporting, including marketing attribution and user LTV models, to inform marketing decision-making
• Explore data to find actionable insights and make marketing recommendations through cohort analyses, long-term trends, funnels, user segmentation, regression models, and more.
• Partner with email marketing to create audience segmentation for personalized, data-driven email programs
• Empower and guide others to work effectively and efficiently with data

What You'll bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing analytics, business analytics or consulting role
• Ability to distill complex data into easy to understand analysis with actionable recommendations
• Amazing communication skills
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude)
• Expert user of Excel and Powerpoint and/or GSuite applications
• Extremely detail oriented and organized; highly quantitative and creative, passionate about using data to guide strategy
• Self-starter, fast learner, and strong collaborator: there is no job too big or too small if it contributes to the mission and makes our business better
• A natural curiosity for data, answers and insights
• You’re a data culture champion where you help train, educate, and foster a data driven culture.
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
