Sage Intacct is spearheading cloud adoption for Sage Group and Analytics is the tip of the spear. The Marketing Analytics Enablement Specialist will be a critical member of the Marketing Operations team and will have the mandate of driving adoption, delivering training, and creating insights from our Marketing Technology stack and predictive analytics tool, 6Sense. You will be responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunity creation in both the Partner and Direct channels through the use of 6Sense, Marketo, Highspot, and other tools developing reporting & analytics solutions, defining strategy, and executing reporting & analytics initiatives to deliver insights to the team. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology Enablement and partnering with teams across Business Analytics, Demand Generation, and Sales to drive opportunity creation and capture market share by leveraging your expertise in MarTech and Marketing Analytics.

The Marketing Analytics Enablement Specialist will possess technical expertise as well as strong business acumen and be passionate about cultivating a data-driven culture. You will be the strategic advisor to teams by delivering weekly insights, explaining the "Why's" behind the numbers, and making recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the marketing reporting and analytics roadmap at Sage Intacct
  • Drive internal product engagement for our Marketing Technology Stack tools
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau and other reporting tools to provide visibility into Marketing performance and opportunity generation, and enable multiple teams on optimization
  • Gather, interpret and analyze business requirements and uses cases, and design reporting solutions that help us address the needs of our marketing and sales organizations
  • Guide decision-makers by telling a story with the data

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Reporting and/or Analytics
  • 2+ Years of experience with Tableau (or similar tool) and familiar with manipulating large data set from Marketing data sources like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc
  • Familiar with SQL and ETL with strong knowledge of relational database as it relates to the Marketing Technology ecosystem
  • Able to communicate effectively across a broad range of audience from campaign owners and data gurus to Sales & Executives
  • Inquisitive and process-oriented with a focus on leveraging data to optimize campaign performance for opportunity creation

Nice to Have:

  • 2 Years + of experience with 6Sense including implementation, driving user adoption, and QA
  • Degree in a technical or quantitative field
