YOUR MISSION

As Manager of MURAL’s Marketing Analytics team, you will own the measurement framework Marketing uses to understand and optimize our demand and customer lifecycle. This includes defining department-level KPIs and monitoring mechanisms that bring our data to life and make it actionable. You and your team will expand the measurement, data visualization and data storytelling capabilities of a fast-paced, growth-focused Marketing organization. This will include supporting ad-hoc in-depth analyses as well as ongoing dashboards, reporting and optimization efforts.

As the in-house experts on Marketing measurement and our data model, you and your team will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales and BI to support the development of company goals, models, dashboards, reports and analysis. Your expertise will also support internal marketing technology roadmap projects, where you’ll advise us and our Data Team on data flows within custom integrations. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Technology & Operations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics and/or product analytics
  • Demonstrable experience developing measurement practices at a SaaS company
  • Experience working across the full analytics lifecycle, including data ingestion, ETL, data modelling, dashboard development, analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency with data programming languages, including SQL and Python
  • Firm grasp of marketing concepts like Lifecycle Stages, Lead Scoring, Conversion Rates
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Business acumen that allows you to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills to tell data stories to non-technical audience
  • Enjoys being exposed to new ideas, learning new skills and new technologies
  • An entrepreneurial drive to question, innovate and iterate
  • Open to working remotely with a global team
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Ideally you have...

  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Experience working with or at a product-led growth (PLG) company
  • Experience building and managing an analytics team
