Marketing Associate - Webinars

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our demand gen team at Benchling. In this role, you will be leading the charge on running webinars -- soup to nuts! The right candidate has strong writing, communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across a large team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Planning and managing webinar programs, from ideation to execution, including sourcing key partners to work with, drafting copy, setting up landing pages, working on slides, running the webinar day-of, and thinking of new ways to promote them across all channels (digital, social, email, etc)
- Write and schedule all promotional content, both email and social, to drive webinar registrations
- Drive pipeline and high return from our webinars whether owned, partner or 3rd party sponsorships.
- Supporting account-based marketing initiatives and leverage your channels to treat our white-glove ABM audience differently.
- Guide creative team on the development of required assets.
- Source partners and external parties that fit into our campaign programs and will generate demand.
- Work with marketing operations to ensure you’re reporting and forecasting accurately
- Manage a marketing budget in support of your webinars that has a high ROI and can scale as we growth the business.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Demand Gen/Marketing Programs
- At least 2 years of Demand Gen or programs experience (working in ABM a plus)
- Life Sciences experience a big plus
- Strong copywriting skills - email and landing page copy, communications, and even longer content!
- Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom and SplashThat
- You’re obsessed with marketing and can point to examples of programs you’ve run with cross-functional teams.
- You have an ability to write promotional content and collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the right follow up offers .
- You have exceptional writing and editing skills.
- You are extremely detail-oriented but can thrive in ambiguity.
- You're well versed in and have experience with marketing automation.
- You love checklists and creating processes.
