About the Role: 

Wing is looking for a strategic, hands-on, adaptable, self-starting Marketing Associate to support our marketing strategy, content, and execution efforts across the globe for drone delivery, UTM (unmanned traffic management), and OpenSky. As a Marketing Associate, you will support the full lifecycle of our marketing experience - from understanding our target audiences (from customers to industry partners to regulators), products, and markets to executing external campaigns to those audiences. You will own the technical stack that supports wing.com, email marketing, analytics, and social. You’ll also collect and analyze campaign data and metrics and recommend ways to optimize and reach out goals.  In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team across product, operations, legal, business development, engineering and more.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support regional and global marketing efforts for Wing, including; supporting campaigns, managing aviation and tech events, data and analytics, marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, website management, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), developing content and collateral, managing Wing’s SEO, and creating internal and external communications
• Support content marketing by brainstorming new ideas and following the project from start to completion. This involves content across all channels (social, events, partner marketing, etc)
• Support user research by helping program manage research agencies and understanding deliverables to adapt marketing efforts and supporting the rest of the team. Developing and deploying surveys to further understand and inform our content efforts
• Program management and execution for key marketing moments
• Help manage and scope agency partners for consumer channels, events, content development, and brand assets

What You'll Need: 

• BA/BS degree in marketing or relevant 3+ years of work experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related field
• Exceptional project management skills
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, confidence in presenting to both internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies within the marketing organization and beyond, i.e. Product and Engineering, Operations, Policy, Legal.)
• Execution focused with an attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Manage agency and vendor relationships
• Community-first mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios
• Light travel required
