Marketing Automation Manager, Grammarly for Education
Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model . Team members can work primarily remotely. Teams will meet in person every quarter in one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. To ensure that teams are able to overlap in their working hours and to meet face-to-face when needed, all team members need to live within three time zones of their direct team.
Grammarly team members who will be collaborating at our New York hub must be based in the United States.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Grammarly for Education marketing team. This role will establish measurement frameworks in partnership with our Marketing Analytics and Data Science teams, refining success metrics that capture the impact of our Demand Generation and Marketing Automation programs.
The team is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager who will shepherd Grammarly for Education prospects through personalized experiences across owned marketing channels -- such as email, website personalization, and in-product messaging -- ensuring that they're progressing through the B2B buyer journey efficiently. This marketing automation expert will partner with Demand Generation campaign managers to build and advance initiatives driving customer acquisition, monetization, and product engagement within Grammarly's higher education and K-12 audience segments.
Your impact
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving demand from Grammarly's existing consumer database
- Improving how Grammarly helps educational institutions realize the value of our product through GTM launches, personalized data, and messaging
- Establishing measurement frameworks in partnership with our Marketing Analytics and Data Science teams, refining success metrics that capture the impact of our Demand Generation and Marketing Automation programs
- Harnessing firmographic, demographic, technographic, and behavioral data to create thoughtful prospect experiences that drive relevancy, value realization, and business impact
- Developing scalable solutions to drive sales pipeline while maximizing value within the Grammarly for Education ecosystem
- Partnering with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop journeys across integrated campaigns (email, paid retargeting, push, in-product, etc)
- Advancing segmentation and personalization across the purchase lifecycle
We're looking for someone who

- Has a proven ability to own tracking throughout the funnel, from campaign set up to ROI tracking and pipeline reporting
- Understands marketing fundamentals and best practices, including acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand
- Can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces and timelines
- Has a strong handle of testing, growth cross-functional processes, prioritization frameworks, and growth models
- Has strong experience with marketing automation tools and systems. Pardot experience required.

- For Colorado-based employment: The salary range for this position is $79,000-$170,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
