Molekule is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this high impact role, you will put your creativity to work to develop, launch and manage highly targeted, multi-touch cross-sell/upsell campaigns that generate ecommerce sales and pipeline and revenue in a specific set of consumer and enterprise customers. You will be the product owner of our customer data platform that is at the center of the marketing automation hub building automation and audiences that are executed through a variety of digital and offline channels including web, direct mail, email, social media, display advertising, webinars and Sales teams.

You will partner with and leverage cross-functional teams to create the customer value proposition and campaign deliverables, and work with the direct to consumer and enterprise sales team on ecommerce and account-based initiatives. This role requires someone who has experience with funnel management and a wide variety of campaign tactics, is well versed in analytics, and has a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible for corporate-wide Tealium TiQ and server-side products, audiences, service delivery and releases
• Owns the quality assurance processes for ad-tech, mar-tech and related vendor and technology practices company wide.
• Support the configuration of the marketing automation platform including but not limited to implementing custom APIs, integrating third party applications, setting up advanced data segmentations, designing custom workflows and more
• Establish and maintain tag event and specification processes to help manage Molekule’s enterprise data layer
• Drive and collaborate on product and growth initiatives that require leveraging existing technology integration and automation to improve cross-team collaboration, maximize efficiency gains and drive scalable solutions.
• Owns deliverability of data into analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics and AWS data warehouse.
• Understand the customer lifecycle journey to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with growth, sales, data and product stakeholders to continuously improve and create processes for acquisition, retention, lead capture, management, scoring, routing and attribution.
• Partner with the data team to maintain data integrity within marketing systems in regards to data governance and quality.
• Evaluate new technologies and systems when needed to improve and optimize mechanisms and systems.
• Be a collaborative member of our emergency tiger team to address systems outages, root cause analysis and process remediations.
• Manages our 3rd party technology and quality assurance vendors such as Tealium, Iterable and Stardust.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or marketing operations setting up an enterprise level marketing tech stack.
• Strong customer segmentation, research and persona building expertise to identify and activate audiences across our key channels
• Preferred experience in supporting customer (upsell / cross-sell) marketing and partner / channel go-to-market.
• Brings in-depth knowledge of product management and growth principles.
• Deep domain expertise and hands on experience working with growth, product, and sales technology tools: Tealium, Iterable, ZenDesk, Zapier, Magento, Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, Contentful, Google Marketing Platform and ABM tools such as DemandBase.
• Technically savvy with solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency with system integration principles.
• Previous experience in fast growing technology companies preferably with DTC ecommerce, SaaS and B2B business models.
