POSITION SUMMARY


The Demand Gen Marketing team at Harness is looking for a creative, data-driven, and witty Campaign Manager to run highly targeted campaigns and drive new business for our Continuous Efficiency product. The ideal candidate has experience running multiple integrated campaigns at any given time, loves working with different teams, and exhibits a dive-right-in mentality. Every day your mission will be to drive new business pipeline for the CE product and your performance will be measured by pipeline generation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with PMM counterpart to create a multi-channel test and learn approach that drives leads and funnel acceleration
  • Collaborate with product marketing and channel owners to coordinate execution of emails, demand gen nurtures, ad copy and offers, social, account based marketing approaches, live/virtual events and webinars, and more
  • Set success metrics, analyze campaign and funnel performance and collaborate cross-functionally to work on solutions to improve funnel performance
  • Work with operations team to identify key audience segmentations and provide insight in ideal prospect qualities
  • Monitor and track TDR activity on lead followup to ensure quality of messaging and provide templates to help convert leads
  • Consider international markets and drive regional campaigns where needed

ABOUT YOU

  • You are eager to learn all there is about our product, constantly researching the space and competitors
  • You’re meticulous and detail oriented, prepared to analyze all aspects of a campaign
  • You have a proven track record for running industry marketing campaigns in SaaS
  • You have excellent copywriting and verbal skills and can learn quickly to write engaging copy to technical audiences that is both engaging and informative
  • You love data and constantly are looking for insights to influence your campaigns
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing for B2B companies, Product marketing or demand gen is a plus
  • Experiencing using campaign tracking and insights tools such as but not limited to SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc
