We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who is excited to develop, operationalize, and rapidly scale our integrated marketing programs, including (but not limited to), our account-based marketing campaigns (with Triblio), email nurture campaigns, our social media campaigns, and our search campaigns. You will work hand-in-hand with a project manager as the central engine that powers our marketing programs’ success, produces data-driven results, campaign reporting and holds us accountable to hitting lead generation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Help grow Bolt’s business through account based marketing, search, social and remarketing campaigns 
  • Creating, managing and deploying new multi-channel marketing programs and managing existing marketing programs that support Bolt’s strategic objectives and quarterly OKRs
  • Support and drive the campaign calendar. Partner with cross-functional team members in Marketing, Design, and Content to publish and distribute compelling content and narratives to our audiences.
  • Organizing integrated marketing campaigns, budget, creatives, tracking, and timelines in accordance with program objectives
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identifying and course-correcting deviations from goals with strategic changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Serve as liaison to cross-functional teams and hold Bolt’s organization accountable to deliver programs consistent with objectives and hitting our quarterly lead generation goals
  • Collaborate with the revenue ops team to create consumable reports with actionable insights
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on vendors
  • Collaborate with other team members to drive market research needed to assist in strategic planning, goal setting and results tracking
  • Program risk and failure analysis
  • Working on strategy with the marketing team, including product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing, and marketing operations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a marketing program or campaign manager role
  • Advanced experience working with Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Triblio (or similar ABM platform)
  • Advanced understanding of marketing program management tools, processes, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex program, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
  • Structured thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail
