Position Summary
FBN is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager who will embody the company spirit of putting Farmers First® and act as a key internal advocate for the customer. You'll develop a 360, holistic view of the member experience, focusing primarily on customers who are in the middle of FBN 's sales funnel. You'll be responsible for documenting the current member journey and building an integrated campaign roadmap that drives attachment, provides cross-selling opportunities, encourages product and data engagement, and, ultimately, results in retention and advocacy.
You'll be a partner on new business initiatives, product launches, and international market entries, ensuring that projects emphasize FBN 's brand promise and value proposition. You'll work to identify gaps that create friction or decrease adoption, leveraging your partnerships across the organization to build solutions that result in an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with the Product and Sales to unearth customer insights, using them in innovative ways across channels to attract new leads and convert them into members.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop a roadmap that helps create content to attract new members, taking into account the seasonal and cyclical nature of agriculture.
  • Develop and maintain top-of-funnel nurture flows that encourage new members to transact, participate in the community, and educate on our product offers in collaboration with Data Science, Product, Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Drive the creation of audience-centric integrated marketing program strategies and plans with cross-functional teams to drive new member acquisition.
  • Drive program planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization work across key marketing and sales functions for multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Advise on and help build an events strategy that leverages FBN 's thought leadership across business units and provides valuable, actionable content for farmers while familiarizing them with FBN 's products and services.
  • Be the customer expert with a deep understanding of key stakeholders' goals, behaviors and motivations and align those with industry, persona, and use case.
  • Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing and Product teams to understand user flows and optimize top of funnel conversion.
  • Develop a process for research and information sharing between Product, Customer Experience, and Sales that key insights for positioning and strategy development.


Qualifications
Experience

  • 6+ years experience in a marketing or communications rol e in an agency or in-house setting
  • A storyteller and expert communicator who can create compelling messaging across different channels, businesses, and markets
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and content trends; ability to bring in new insights and methodologies
  • Experience working in the crop protection, seed, animal health and/or financial services category
  • A passion for metrics and data to impact decisions; experience using reporting tools
  • A high-energy, outgoing, "can do" personality with the ability to build the foundation and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration that uncovers key insights, identifies gaps in understanding, and drives solutions for maximum alignment
  • Experience crafting messaging and visuals for a variety of different audiences and customer personas
  • A deep respect for the customer, elevating their perspective and experience throughout all projects and initiatives
  • Meticulous attention to detail and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional oral and written skills


The following represents FBN's reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range of possible compensation for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $95,000 - $115,000.
This salary range may vary based on geography and variations in cost of labor. Beyond the above or adjusted to market salary range, FBN also offers all full-time employees competitive equity compensation, health and wellness benefits, and various perks.
