As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will report to the Director of Demand Generation, this person will help create multi-channel marketing campaigns that support demand generation, brand initiatives, and our researcher programs.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how to interpret & apply various campaign approaches based on the goal, objective and audience: new contact acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and install base/account marketing
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the global marketing and sales teams to drive end-to-end program results
• Build, execute and analyze email-based campaigns in Marketo that are designed to deliver and nurture quality sales leads.
• Build multi-channel ABM campaigns and programs that generate interest and move customers and prospects through the sales process.
• Help support strategic initiatives like product launches, events, customer marketing, and cornerstone content.
• Monitor, assess and report on integrated marketing campaigns performance and provide strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results

 Qualifications:

• Strong track record of driving rapid lead and revenue growth through creative marketing programs
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Hubspot/Pardot) and Salesforce.
• Expert knowledge of demand generation mix including one of the following: email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars, tradeshows, and field events.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong talent for copywriting and editing
• 5+ years of experience in high growth, entrepreneurial environments
• Bachelor’s Degree required
