Your mission

As a marketing copy editor at Tray.io, you’ll be on the frontlines of ensuring Tray.io is a world-class brand. Your keen eye for detail will keep our marketing copy on-brand and at the highest standard of quality across our website and other marketing collateral. You’re a fast learner who can pick up the details of sophisticated software and use cases and ensure our copy consistently reflects the most important nuances. You’re also a great collaborator who can work with our marketing team to maintain and uphold our in-house style guide to ensure quality and consistency across our marketing projects.

What you will do

  • Quickly ramping to learn Tray.io’s in-house style guidelines covering software, use cases, and personas
  • Proofing daily marketing content submissions as part of our regular publishing schedule
  • Collaborate with the Tray.io content marketing team to ensure our copy reflects our most up-to-date positioning

About you

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a full-time copy editor
  • 1-2+ years of experience working in the software industry, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Experience working and maintaining with an established in-house style guide
  • Preferred: Experience working in software automation, integration

Location

Our HQ is located in the historic SOMA district of San Francisco. SOMA is home to the SF Giants stadium and is about a 10 minute walk to FiDi. But we've got a London HQ and remote hubs all over the map, with Trayers working in San Diego, Austin, Chicago, Atlanta and many more cities in between.
