Marketing Manager - Health Plans

The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Marketing Manager - Health Plans who will report to the Director of Demand Generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs to build awareness and strengthen engagement with Health Plans. This role requires a blend of strategy and execution and you will work closely with our Health Plans team to determine the highest impact channels for a successful marketing plan.
Responsibilities
- Create the Health Plan segment marketing strategy including aligning to segment goals, establishing the approach and focus, creating the tactical plan, and maintaining a calendar of activities.
- Work with the Health Plan commercial team on the ideation, development, and launch of campaigns
- Define strategies and programs to strengthen our relationship with Health Plan audiences
- Run engagement and conversion plays using tactics such as segment-specific nurtures, digital ads, direct mail campaigns, pipeline accelerators, events and re-engagement campaigns
- Monitor, track, and report on the goal attainment of your segments, and program success metrics.
- Manage campaign budgets, timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization
The Team:
This role will be part of Carrot’s Marketing team and will sit within the demand generation function. Carrot’s Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business externally. The demand generation function builds campaigns that generate top-funnel leads while also nurturing and engaging existing leads through pipeline conversion. This role will involve regular collaboration with the sales team and other marketing functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in demand generation
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels of management, conceptually and tactically.
- Willingness to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders coupled with strong persuasion and influencing skills.
- Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstration of a metrics-driven, analytical approach
- Strong market research skills
- Experience utilizing B2B Martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Bizible
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing to health plans
- ABM or targeted marketing experience
- Experience utilizing B2B Martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Bizible
