Marketing Manager - Service Provider/MSP
Cisco Meraki marketing is evolving, and we want you to be a part of that evolution by joining the Audience Marketing team. Audience Marketing sits within Market Strategy, and has been built to help us segment and get closer to our audiences – customers and partners alike, to see the world through their eyes, and to meet them where they are.
Working alongside a similar role focused on resellers and distributors, you’ll have the opportunity to become the expert in – and advocate for – Service Providers and Managed Service Providers, who are both our customers and our partners. You will help develop strategies, messaging, and tailored approaches to increase Meraki visibility for these audiences, and drive adoption of Meraki as a technology of choice for service creation.
Candidates for this role will be first and foremost, partner obsessed, with a passion for the relentless pursuit of better partner experiences. The role will reward those who are imaginative, creative, collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and strategic in their thinking!
What you'll do
- Establish a partner-first marketing communications strategy, targeting our Service Provider and Managed Service Provider audiences
- In close collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, identify current content and communication gaps, and drive creation of a comprehensive plan to bridge those gaps and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the Integrated Marketing organization on sell-through campaigns focusing on our top Service Provider accounts
- Establish a close working relationship with the Cisco SpaaCh (Service Provider as a Channel) teams, create joint work streams, and ensure execution of sell-through campaigns with key Service Providers
- Become an expert in on all things SP/MSP, and inform marketing campaign efforts to and through these audiences
- Leverage market data and insight to identify consistent behaviors and inform strategy.
- Collaborate on the development of innovative, segment-relevant omnichannel audience campaigns, and personalization strategies, driven by Marketing OKRs.
- Be an advocate for the voice of your audience, and ensure it is represented in new campaigns.
Who you are
- 5+ years in sales and marketing roles within a Tech B2B organization
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data outputs to make informed decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and crafting seamless alignment
- Proven interpersonal, influencing and collaborative experience
- Prior experiences within a partner focused organization, particularly exposure to the Service Provider business model, a bonus
