Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview:
Marketing Operations is central to the success of all Marketing activities. The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a knowledge center within the marketing organization, leveraging data, systems, and processes to ensure optimal program execution and measurement.
We’re looking for a technically savvy and data-driven individual to own the marketing infrastructure, execution, and metrics to measure overall revenue impact. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this individual will be responsible for MarTech strategy and will partner with all marketing stakeholders to improve our integration/orchestration of marketing tech, measurement and attribution of ABM programs, and overall marketing reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Technology
- Identify and lead the implementation of new marketing technology needs
- Increase and maintain our synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce for better utilization of both platforms and increased visibility
- Account Based Marketing
- Work with sales and our BDR team to programmatically maintain the Domino target account, contact database, and qualified lead handoff process
- Ensure alignment between account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and sales needs
- Plan and execute email campaigns, on-site messaging, and other one-to-many communications in order to increase engagement at named accounts
- Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with internal and external designers to create forms and landing pages to support acquisition and conversion loops
- Marketing Analytics
- Own budget management, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities to ensure ROI and continued investment
- Define business analytics and create dashboards/reports to marketing operations
- Identify opportunities within our funnel to systematically improve quality, velocity, and conversion rates
- Lead the process of developing new ways to attribute the impact/ROI of marketing initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc projects where analytical skills are critical
Who you are:
- Thought-leader – Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experienced – This isn't your first rodeo. You have a few years in B2B Enterprise SaaS environments and have set up and optimized a modern MarTech stack in support of a growth motion
- Analytical – You can translate complex data sets to concrete business recommendations for marketing leadership with an eye to optimizing revenue-generating investments
- Organized and Detail-Oriented – You can’t stand to let things fall through the cracks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Marketing Operations role
- Advanced user of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel
- Must have run an ABM motion and experience with an ABM platform such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus is a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree
