About the Role

Can you work cross functionally with team members in marketing operations, member communications, creative design and capacity planning to create funnel movement and optimize B2C communications?

At Ginger, we put the member at the center of all that we do, serving as an advocate, and always looking for ways to reduce stigma and increase engagement with our on-demand mental health system. This role will play a key role in helping us succeed. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our marketing automation efforts, with the goals of supporting member reach, awareness, and sign-up
  • Build and deploy dynamic email campaigns to generate product membership, engagement and utilization
  • Use HTML and/or Visual HTML Editors to code and build dynamic emails using copy and designs generated by our creative team
  • Build lists and segments using attributes generated from multiple internal and external systems including HubSpot and Braze.
  • Explore opportunities to test email subject lines, static and dynamic content, send times, send rates/intervals, etc. based on a variety of audience attributes including industry, location and engagement
  • Generate reports highlighting the efficacy of various email campaigns and tests to include the success of send and content variables
  • Make recommendations to improve email performance and cross channel funnel movement based on audience engagement and conversion

About you & requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of CRM experience with demonstrated ability in marketing automation / email marketing using internal/external triggers, dynamic attribution, segments and campaigns to deliver email, text and in-app messaging. Braze and HubSpot experience helpful.
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, Etc to aggregate data, generate reports, identify trends and make recommendations. Experience with Looker a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with dynamic audience segmentation used to deliver content based on attribution and logic
  • Solid understanding of HTML. Knowledge of Liquid Logic coding a plus
  • Ability to work cross functionally with teams in marketing and operations to ensure alignment between demand generation and operational capacity
